Itching In Scrotum For 1.5 Years. After Light Medication, Itching Is After Sweating. Treatment?

hi,
I had scrotum itch for almost 1.5 yrs.
There are no visible symptoms, only scrotum itches.
I went to 2 dermatologist. one said its pruiritus scroti & another said its eczema.
I tried ketoconazole, panoxyl, triamcinolone, fluticasone, manuka honey, tea tree oil, cold pressed coconut oil, witch hazel but none worked. Now it itches only when there is sweat(if there is no sweat on scrotum & scrotum is dry then it wont itch). Why does it itch only when there is sweat or perfumed soap on scrotum? is there a cure?

Hi,
There might be having another possibility of having fungal infection over and above eczema or pruritus scrotie.
Apply anti-fungal lotion or cream for some time and see the result.
Avoid perspiration.
Wear cotton clothes.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
