I am 24, 5'10 and about 150lbs, married with 2 boys close in age, 22mos and 6mos. I am almost 4 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and last night i woke up and had wet myself, is this normal and what can i do to avoid this if not? I have not done this with either of my first two children.

Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the incontinence might be there in pregnancy due to alteration in the morphology of urinary tract under the influence of progesterone hormone.Avoid taking more fluids at night before sleeping because full bladder will also lead to incontinence.Urinate before sleeping.During the day time it is not seen as the bladder is emptied frequetly.Try kiegels exercises to strengthen pelvic floor.
