Is Watery Vagina During Pregnancy Indicates Risk?

hi my wife 27 and a half year old, EDD doctor given as 10th Jan, so almost 6month pregnent. she had a heavy watering from her vagina two days ago, even the trouser got wet. is it normal? since last two days she is taking bed rest and anti biotics on doctor advice. Height 5'4" weight 68KGS. is the pregnancy is at risk?

Hi, thanks for writing..
If she has watery discharge it could be an early rupture of membrane.. Get a check up with your doctor to see for active leaking.. If leaking is present liquor volume should be assessed.. Take complete rest with foot end elevated. Take 2 doses of betnesol injection. If there is no active leaking and liquor volume is normal this could be a vaginal infection and a course of antibiotics will be sufficient. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
