Is Watery Bleeding Normal When Going Through Menopause?

I have been going through menopause this last year, with consistent bleeding and often Hemorgic in nature, I am being scheduled for an oblation, tests show that I am with 6-18 months of ceasing bleeding naturally. Recently my bleeding has become more watery and less clotty, almost like I am peeing my self. the pads are not so thickly bloody but quite watery, today I came home and could feel myself discharging clots, figured I would be a mess when I got home but it was mostly water, however I am also experiencing severe abominable pain much worse than normal, should I be concerned, I took 600 mg Ibuprofen, I am 52 years old, overweight, 176 pounds, Caucasian, but overall good health
