age:20i want 2 ask about use of spectacle.i'm shortsightness, b4 age 15, my eyes is normal. may be bcoz i don't take care my eyes.even though i'm shortsightness, but i still not use spectacle 4 24 hours.i will use spectacle, when i want 2 drive, learning, important thing.Q: how to use spectale with right way? is it have a side effect use spectacle with long time period? if i use spectacle 24 hours, is it will be increase my shortsightness?

You should use spectacle for constant use except when you go to bed. when you are 25 or above you can opt for contact lens. There is nothing like side effect. but without specs you should have serious visual problem. driving without specs is risky.
