Is Urgent Surgery Required After Diagnosing With AVM On Breast In 7th Month Of Pregnancy?
My daughter in law has been diagnosed with a AVM on her breast. She is 7 month pregnant and her Doctor send her to a plastic surgeon to have it fixed. Does she have to have that surgery now, or can she wait until the baby is born? Is she in good hands with a plastic surgeon? My email is : YYYY@YYYY

I think she can wait till the baby is born. AVM has to be fixed of course, and yes, a plastic surgeon can help. But a vascular surgeon also needs to be consulted.
