Is Undergoing Full Body MRI Scan Harmful For The Body?

Hi i am 30 years old. I never had any health checkup till now. I want to have a full body MRI scan just as a routine check up. I want to know whether it is harmful to the body and can u please suggest where can i get it done in bangalore and the approximate cost. i would appreciate the reply

An MRI scan is a painless radiology technique that has the advantage of avoiding x-ray radiation exposure. There are no known side effects of an MRI scan. The full body MRI would cost you approx. 10,000-20,000 rupees depending upon the Radiology centre you select.
