hello.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.
Ideally I would need you to describe your headache in more details.
Here is why-
1. The symptom of headache could be related to the tuberculoma itself.
There may have been some affection of the ducts that drain the brain fluid called as csf.
This may be leading to a condition known as hydrocephalus.
A repeat CT scan of the brain would be needed to know this.
2. The tuberculoma may be a treated condition.
The current episodes may be completely different cause like migraine.
So I would need more information.
I would suggest a visit to your neurologist again.
Alternatively, let us know the report of the repeat scan and let us know the details about the headache.
Best of luck,
Dr Mittal
