Hello
As you mentioned that you are 50 lbs overweight . Shaky feelings, bones pain, tiredness ( all the time ) palpitations after walking . All these symptoms may be due to these possibilities, these includes.
1 Diabetes , as you are over weight , age 53 years and all symptoms are an indication toward diabetes . Diagnosis can be confirmed by blood sugar level examination as well H B A 1 C .
2 Anemia may be the another cause which develop such type of symptoms so please get in hemoglobin examination .
3 Deficiency of calcium or deficiency of cholecalceferole may be the another reasons, so please get in blood for calcium level as well D 3 LEVE.
However there are so many other reason of such symptoms as Thyroid hyper active, hyper tension , tension ( if female patient then consider about menopause).
Deal as I mentioned .
Good luck.
