For about a year and a half I ve been having problems with a sinus infection which has lead me to suffer from tinnitus in my ear. Recently I ve discovered that I have an enlarge turbinate in one of my noses. Is this linked to the noise in my ear. Thanks Matthew
Hi. The enlarged turbinate may not be related to the tinnitus directly. Tinnitus has many other causes like hypertension , local infection of inner apparatus, which should be ruled out by the ENT Surgeon. Sinus and turbinate problems can be confirmed only on CT scan, which you should undergo.
