Is There Something To Be Worried About Urine WBC In 10-20 Range?

I just recieved my annual lab result. My doctor always says he contacts patients only when there is a concern (which I enjoy). My urine WBC is 10-20. All else in blood/urine is normal range. I would like to assume its nothing serious...maybe drink cranberry juice for a week?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence of white blood cells or pus cells in urine suggests presence of infection in the urine.
Cranberry juice is helpful in preventing infection of the urinary tract, however it will not treat urinary tract infection when it has already developed.
Antibiotic is needed to treat the infection.
Thus, you need to consult your doctor with reports for prescription of antibiotic.

Thanks and take care
