Blood: My ALT is 38 AST is 20. Lipid panel cholesterol Total 224 HDL 42 Triglycerides 201 LDL cholesterol 142 ALT 38 AST 20 Urine: Squamous epithelial cells 10-20 WBC 20 - 40 nitrite 2+ negatie Everything else normal urine WBC is 20-40 squamous in urine leukocyte esterase 2+ cells WBC 20-40

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have high wbc count in urine with epithelial cells. You have urinary tract infection. You should take antibiotics treatment for that. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Your lipid profile is altered. You should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Repeat lipid profile test after 3 months.
