Is there anything else this could be besides hemorrhoids? Flappy loose skin around and on my anus that seems to change size daily. Painful shock waves sometimes. Painful little tiny bump in one of the folds that causes almost constant pain. No bleeding and preparation H isn't helping to shrink the skin. In the past preparation H has been my go to medicine but now I'm wondering if it's not hemorrhoids.
