Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are having problem in breathing, nausea, don't feel like eating any thing, and restless. All these are due to the gastric irritation, not up to the level of the pain,or may be due to the hepatitis.
E.C.G, report says sinus tachycardia, left axis deviation, and non specific intra ventricular block.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and to exclude the relation between the two, and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazple, domperidone.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods,to facilitate the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
