Is There Any Procedure Rather Than Saline Infusion For Endometrial Polyps?
I was diagnosed with endometrial polyps my results are withib the endometrium are 3 echigenic polyopid structure measuring 1.30x0.86cm, 1.32x0.74cm and 1.32c0.98cm suggestive of endimetrial polyps my question is im a single is there any procedure rather than saline infusion? And it is cancerous? It is 100% that my inner lining will back to normal.
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. In the current scenario, the ideal mode of management is removal of the polyps with/without using a hysteroscope and doing a histopathological examination. Further management depends on the result of tissue studies, your age, need for reproduction, other related conditions, hormone status etc.
Not all polyps turn cancerous. Most of them are hormonal effects. Whether the endometrial tissue returns to the normal size is dependent on the response to treatment and also the cause of the condition. Please maintain a healthy diet, healthy weight and regular exercise. Take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
