Is There Any Problem If My Periods Are Getting 10 Days Late After Taking Premulet-n?

hi doc.i am 22 yrs old girl i take premulet n for delay my periods ,in that time after consuming the tablet i have intercourse unprotected but my partner sure that he not fall in ...now my period getting 10 days late ,is there any prob???i take 2 tab before the priod date & another 2 tabs a after the priod date

Hi,
Firstly, if you had the intercourse around the time of your period, you are absolutely safe and as such, need not worry about conception. Your periods have been delayed most likely due to the intake of hormones. Yet, you can perform a HPT with a fresh early morning sample of urine to exclude/confirm pregnancy. Withdrawal bleeding is seen 3-7 days after completion of hormone therapy, so, if you do not see your next period even after ten days after completion of treatment, get expert help. Hope this helps.
