Is There Any Possibility To Get Lice Due To Close Contact ?
My daughter had a friend over 4 days ago, her mom just called saying the she has head lice. I looked at my daughters head after school but it looks ok. Anything I should do/look for? The girl was in my house all afternoon. Is it possible for my kids to still get lice if they don't have it yet?

Transmission of lice by close contact is very common.
There is high possibility of trasmission if your daughter was there with her friend for long specially in close contact.
but if you couldnt find any lice mature or immature(nits), then may be she hasnt aquired the infection.
you regulary check for it for atleast a week.
Or if you find some lice or nit , you can get back to me, will tell you the treatment accordingly.
