Is There Any Doctor Available To Analyse This Report?

ECG indicated sinus rhythm slow (heart rate 58bpm), premature ventricular complexes, marked left axis deviation consistent with LAFB. What does this mean? I am 41. Heart palpitations started around 2 weeks ago coinciding with children returning to school, busy hockey too.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear patient your findings are suggestive of some kind of blockage in one of your coronary arterial branch which is causing LAFB ( left anterior fascicular block and same is the reason for your palpitations. You should see a cardiologist soon and get an angiography done to find out the severity of the block if any present.this will help to plan your further management.
Thank you and feel free to ask any question further.
