SINUS RHYTHM (SLOW) MODERATE HIGH-LATERAL REPOLARIZATION DISTURBANCE, CONSIDER ISCHEMIA OR LV OVERLOAD NEAGTIVE T IN I AVL ABNORMAL ECG. Welcome to Health care magic. Thank you for posting your question.
I can understand your concern.

Let me solve your queries -
i) Ventricular rate - a bit low
ii) PR interval - normal
iii) QRS duration - normal
iv) QTc- normal
v) Axis - normal
vi) Sinus rhythm - normal
vii) High Lateral Repolarization - Usually that is a irregular rhythm of electrical impulses. Repolarization is the contracting of the ventricles to pump blood into circulation.

An abnormal EKG must be confirmed by other tests and clinical examination. EKG is just a screening tool.

I would suggest you to report to a clinician if you have symptoms like chest pain, dizziness, palpitation or breathlessness. Your doctor will be able to correlate clinically.

Post any other question. We will be happy to help.
Have a nice day. Regards.
