Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your test results shows elevated levels of liver enzymes- SGOT, SGPT and alkaline phosphatase.
The levels of SGOT and SGPT is within normal limits, however, levels of alkaline phosphatase is quite high.
Serum bilirubin level is within normal limits.
These results show some amount of injury to liver cells which is suggested by elevated levels of SGOT and SGPT.
Alkaline phosphatase level is increased in cases of any obstruction of the biliary tree.
Obstruction could be due to stones, a space occupying lesion.
compression from outside, ascending cholangitis, etc.
Right now the bilirubin level is within normal limits, however, if obstruction continues, the bilirubin level can rise.
The raised bilirubin can cross the placenta and cause damage to the developing fetus.
You need to consult your doctor for clinical assessment, investigations to look for cause of obstruction and further management.

Thanks and take care
