Is There Any Chance Of Pregnancy If Semen Is Spilled On Stomach?

hi doctor, recently i had unprotected sex with my fiancee, her periods were over on 17th jan and we had sex on 22nd jan. but i ejaculated outside her vagina (on stomach). not even the pre-cumm touched her vagina. is there any chance that she gets pregnant?

Pregnancy takes place only if the semen or precum enters or deposited near vaginal orifice by which the sperms can swim through the vagina to the egg. If you have ejaculated (even precummed) on her abdomen, there is no chance that she will get pregnant due to this act. However, it is very difficult to guarantee about the precum as its discharge is not sensed and it gets deposited unknowingly.

Moreover, if she had menses of 17th Jan and you had sex on 22nd Jan, Chances of pregnancy are almost nil. The egg gets released 14 days prior to next menses. Considering her period of 28 days, her egg would get released on 31st Jan. Egg is alive for 24 hours and sperms are active for 72 hours. So a period of around one week; i.e. 27th Jan to 4th Feb would be fertile period.

So wait for her menses, if they do not appear, 10 days afterwards get her urine tested for pregnancy test. If she is pregnant, she can undergo termination of pregnancy be medicines up to 9 weeks of pregnancy.
