Is There An Age Limit To Use Contraceptive Pills?

Hope all is well. Is their an age limit to take contraceptive pills? I am 45 yrs old, and have taking them since 1999. The reason I am taking the pills is because to regulate my period and to prevent acne. Once I stop taking the pills, the acne will come back. So I have been on for a long time. So I am wondering how many more years that I can be on the pills. The pills are the only way to improve my skin. Much appreciate your help.
