Is There A Surgery To Determine The Cause For High Eosinophil Count?
My Uncle who is almost 80 is having some kind of exploratory surgery to determine why his Eosinophil Count is so high. Have you heard of this type of surgery? I am not understanding why he would have to have a cemo treatment if the biopsy of his lungs was negative for cancer.

eosinophil count will be raised in most conditions due to any allergy. there are many laboratory tests to determine the eosinophil count. but there are no surgical ways for it. may be there is some other reason for it
