Is There A Possibility Of Having A Stroke At 144/104 BP Level?

144/104 bp 2 days straight with shortness of breath and extreme sweating with nausea and lots of memory loss for 2 days straight but all blood tests and hospital tests are normal should I be concerned by the fact if I move I feel like I m having a real stroke or is that bp OK

hypertension is a risk factor for stroke. that means presence of hypertension predisposes to stroke. however stroke can still occur even if the BP is in normal range or mildly elevated.
your symptoms may be due to a stroke
what was there in brain scan ?
you should consult a neurologist.
