Hello sir,
Anythin in excess in not recommended. No, I don not see nutritionally how 10 - 12 eggs daily will benefit you and may possibly harm you. While cholesterol is not as much of an issue as in previous days, the recommendations still hold that you should not have more than 300 mg. of cholesterol daily. That is 8 more eggs per day than what cardiologists recommend. I suggest you find the needed nutrients you gym coach "thinks" you need in a more appropriate manner. Have a Great Day!
