Hello and welcome to HCM,

The interpretation of pelvic ultrasound is as follows:
The position of uterus is anteverted which is the normal position of uterus.
The uterus is mildly bulky and bulkiness of uterus can be due to hypertrophy and hyperplasia of the myometrium.
The uterus can be enlarged due to presence of fibroids.
However, the ultrasound is not showing presence of any fibroid.
Thus, the bulky uterus is probably due to myometrial enlargement.
This can be the cause of polymenorrhea i.e. excessive menstruation or two menstrual cycles per month.

In addition, I would also suggest you to consult your gynecologist for endometrial curettings.
In this investigations, a small bit of endometrial tissue is taken and examined under microscope.
Any abnormality of the endometrial lining can also cause excessive bleeding.

Thanks and take care
