Is The Surgery Essential For The Bend In The Nose Causing The Blockage?

I have problem of nose blockage due to creation of internal liqued material as per doctor it is due to nose bent to right side while internal liguid comes from left side and remain block and doctor suggessted surgery, will surgery help in this regard.

Thanks for your query.
Yes, the surgery is a must if there is a bend in the nose that is causing airway obstruction.
It is possible that the bend is so much that there is no place for the secretions to escape from right side and hence liquid is coming from the left side.

I would advise you the following:
Get a CT scan or MRI done so that your ENT Surgeon known in advance the structural and functional problems so that he can do the surgery in such a way that you can get the full benefit of the surgery.
Please remember that if there is a functional element live vaso-motor rhinitis or allergic rhinitis, you still have to continue with the medication even after surgery.
