Is The Pulse Range Of 45 Dangerous After A Mitral Valve Regurgitation?

Is a pulse range between 45 and 48 dangerous after a cardioversion for atrial fibrillation and mitral valve regurgitation ? I m on amiodarone(100 mg ) and 81 years old.. My pulse range was around 60 until the irregularity of rhythm was discovered . Thank you.
