Hi welcome to HCM...

You are having depression and insomnia .

So you are prescribed following drugs mainly....
1.Lorazepam : antianxiety
2.Fluoxetine : SSRI - antidepressant
3Zolpidem : for insominia to induce sleep

Regularly take this medication as per doctor advise although you feel well....

Behavioural counselling will also be useful...

If you feel well after few weeks of usage drug can be decreased and finally after full recovery it can be stopped.

But if you feel well , never stop it by your own...

Take care
