Is The Following Treatment Right To Cure DVT In My Leg?

I have a DVT in my right leg. Happened Oct 20 2010. I am on Coumadin (5 mg) and my last 4 INR tests came at 2.0-3.0. Clot has not grown but has not shrunk per followup ultrasound. Am functioning normally. Am concerned about future clots as I have tested positive for Factor V Leiden. Can anything else be done or is this protocol sufficient?
