However, I suggest you to undergo one pelvic ultrasound scan after one week to check retained bits and placental tissue (if any). It will confirm whether abortion is completed or not. If ultrasound report shows retained tissue, then repeat dose of above medicine may be required or she may need to undergo D & C to evacuate uterine cavity.
