Hello,
You are talking to yourself and rehearsing your future conversations you know you will have with someone. You do not do this type of rehearsals with close friends and family. It is normal to get mentally ready for conversations that you know should be dealt with responsibility otherwise it may result in regret or tension. This habit of yours is good provided it is in limit. If you surpass the limits and keep conversing with yourself it may not be considered normal.
Make sure that answers you give to people are not partially or completely unrelated. Avoid disorganized thinking as it may lead to disorganized speech. Avoid childlike silliness and also unpredictable agitation. No one is perfect, conversations often go wrong. Overthinking is not bad but when overthinking turns to disorganized thinking it may cause
anxiety and may lead to panic attacks.
Do not neglect personal hygiene, always stay well dressed. Never lose interest in activities of daily life, even if you do not have to buy anything do visit malls to see what's new or what's in the offer. Take at least 8 hours of quality sleep at night. Chronic lack of sleep may result in irritability or depressed mood, lack of motivation, impaired speech,
hallucinations, etc.
To get good sleep, keep your stomach happy (well fed before bedtime), keep your bed room comfortable (dimly lighted, clean with comfortable mattress), use air conditioner, room humidifier if needed. Keep it perfumed with natural flowers or incense sticks, etc., (whatever suits you). Just try to lead a normal, healthy life. You will be fine. Stay away from addictions if any. Commonly genetics, brain chemistry and environment contributes to development of
schizophrenia.
Common symptoms of Schizophrenia are
delusion, hallucinations, negative attitude, disorganized motor functions and impaired speech. You are presently, not suffering from any of these symptoms. In case you develop these symptoms you should meet a
psychiatrist / counselor and get treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
