Is A Personality Disorder Or A Different Disorder Likely To Accompany Paranoid Schizophrenia In A Person?

I ve been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. I know there are a lot of problems with me other than the schizophrenia. So I was wondering what other problems do people with this mental illness have? For example personality disorder or something to that tune.

Schizophrenia is a chronic mental disorder and it basically lead to severe socio-occupational dysfunction. With schizophrenia, a patient could have underline paranoid or schizoid personality disorder, depression, metabolic syndrome due to drugs or poor dietary habits, cardiac problem or other medical complications etc.
