Trying to determine if Topamax could cause irritablilty with others and paranoia that other person had done something wrong. Could this cause an indifference to family member that person got along with great previously. Person had brain bleed and was later put on Topamax for migraines. It seems that person developed indifference and sometimes dislike for other people and confusion about their feelings toward those people.
