Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I suggest you not to indulge in self diagnosis and self treatment. That can be dangerous. We normally do it in the case of normal illness like flu or simple fever. But as long as mental illness and disorders are concerned, self diagnosis and self medication can be fatal. please consult a physician.

For your information, Valium (diazepam) is a benzodiazepine used to treat anxiety disorders, alcohol withdrawal symptoms, or muscle spasms. You should not use Valium if you are allergic to diazepam, or have glaucoma, asthma or other breathing problems, kidney or liver disease, seizures, or a history of drug or alcohol addiction, mental illness, depression, or suicidal thoughts.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this website. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe some psychotherapy techniques which should help you cure your condition further.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
