Is Taking Pain Medicine And Blood Pressure Pill Together Causing Fast Heart Rate, Chest Heaviness, And Feeling Faint?

Alright. I'll try to make this as short as possible! I'm 18 and I have Chronic pain, liver cyst, hypertension, heart murmur, and polycystic kidney disease and a symptom of that disease is that I have high blood pressure. I take 10 mg of lispronol a day, only one a day. My last visit to the doctor he heard a heart murmur so I'm getting a echo done on that in the next three weeks or so. But, I also take pain medication. 120 tramadol 50 mg for a month and also 30 Vicodin for a month. There both take as needed. I don't abuse them so I take them responsibily. But, I also drink about 2-3 20 ounces of coca cola a day and I also smoke about 3 ciggerettes a day. I only smoke a half at a time. The last few weeks I've been getting a really fast heart rate randomly and along with that is a feeling of not walking straight and my chest feeling really heavy and I feel weak like I could faint. Sometimes I get it when I get up from my bed or when I sit down, or after I smoke, or after I take my pain Meds with my blood pressure pill. At first I thought the combination of taking my pain Meds and the blood pressure pill was causing this but, I'm not sure. So there could be a lot of causes for the symptoms I'm having I just need a expert opinion. I'm afraid some thing bad is going to happen to my heart or that I'm going to faint and need to be hospitalized. Just give me the best advice you can I'd appreaciate it! I will also add I didn't start getting these weird symptoms until like a month and a half ago. If you need me to answer any questions I can do that!
