Is Taking Garcina Cambogia Safe For Weight Loss?

I recently ordered garcina cambogia max to help with weight loss the supplement includes 200 mg chromium ,1000mg garcina canbogiaextract 60percent hcait says to take two tablets daily bottom of bottle says it was mfg in jan 2014 are these pills safe to take and if so do l take both pills at same time or two different times during the day and do l take with food?

I can understand your concern.

Garcinia Cambogia (Malabar Tamarind) is claimed to be an effective herbal medication for weight loss.
However, existing evidence doesn’t prove that garcinia cambogia alone can facilitate weight loss. A number of clinical trials found that this supplement didn’t help with significant weight loss or decrease in fat mass.

For weight reduction I would advise you to have certain lifestyle modifications such as avoiding consuming high caloric foods such as red meat, fast and junk foods, fatty meals, ice creams, chocolates, sweetened carbonated soft drinks, etc. By doing regular exercise, eating home cooked food, increasing the intake of vegetables and fruits and drinking plenty of water would definitely help in burning the fat.

If these measures fail to yield a good response, you may consult a physician for a possible use of Orlistat which is approved for the treatment of obesity.
