Is Swollen Testicle And Groin Pain Due To Serious Problem?
Iam having pain in the right side groin area just above genital for last 2 months, iam 48yrs old ,male & 50 kgs weight, my right testicles sligtly swollen 20 years hence slightly larger then left one iam married and has two son. Is this bearable pain indication of anything seious? kindly advice

Seriousness is concerned with the probable diagnosis.
The best way is to get the ultrasound of the abdomen , area of pain and testis ( scrotum) to get the proper diagnosis.
Cancer of the testis can cause no or minimum of pain. Hernia just causes discomfort or no pain although large enough. So Visit an Urologist to get yourself examined and undergo tests.
