Is Swelling With Severe Acidity And Vomiting Normal During A Pregnancy?

i am 18 weeks pregnant and i had no morning sickness but i have slight swelling on feet, hands and face is it normal this is my first pregnancy and also i am having severe acidity even once i had bleeding while vomiting due to acidity last week. is it normal?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion acidity and vomitings due to acidity might be normal in pregnancy.Forceful vomiting might cause injury to throat leading to blood in vomitings.Take food in small quantities every 2 hourly and adequate fluids.Avoid spicy,oily diet.Take antacids.But swelling all over body needs to
evaluated for low HB.So consult doctor and get HB done to rule out anaemia.Take high protein diet as low protein in body also lead to swelling.
