Is Susten Advised During Pregnancy If Suffering From Spotting?

hi.. am 4 months pregnant now.. last month and few days back i had little spotting (2 times ).. consulted a gynocologist.. she prescribed me susten 200.. and had an injection too.. doc has told me to take injection weekly once.. is thr any problem regarding it? and how long can i take susten 200 ?
