General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
All the polypi do not need surgery , many of them can very well be treated by medicines.
Surgery is indicated in failed cases only.
The best way is to request for a 3 weeks course of appropriate medicines and then repeat the CT scan .
IF there are no findings , enjoy the life.
IF the remains are there, it is then better to go for a Surgery of FESS.
