Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Mucosal thickening is usually due to repeated stimulus by chronic infections. it is also seen in hypersensitivity reactions like allergic rhinitis etc. I think that polypoidal soft tissue along floor of maxillary sinus is also due to retained secretions and mucosal thickening. There is no tumor or other significant thing to worry about. Your ENT specialist can advise OTC drugs for this problem which can be easily cured.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
