Is Spotting,nausea And Drowsiness Sign Of Pregnancy?

I missed 3 pills of the 3rd week last month(i take Tri Sprintec) Was sexually active on the day I noticed I missed the 3 pills. I took them the same night, on the 10/31 I had a brownish discharge, the next day I had light pink spotting, this continued for the rest of the week( my periods are always heavy, and I get cramps) I had no cramps at all. My very light period ended on Monday 11/07. But ever since Monday I have been feeling nauceous around the same time, about 2 or 3 hours after lunch. I have been going to bed at a good time, but feel a little sleepier than usual after work. I took a home pregnancy test twice, one 2 consecutive days. Both came out negative. Is it possible that i'm pregnant?

Hallow Dear,

There are multiple issues in your query that need to be addressed.

In a cycle, missing of 3 pills maximum is allowable. You have missed 3 pills, so the chances of pregnancy have to be ruled out. 10 days after your last intercourse, please get your blood examined for Beta hCG test. This will reliably inform you about the status of your pregnancy.

The dilemma of light period also will be resolved by Beta hCG test.

You have taken 3 pills in a day. This will definitely lead to gastritis, nausea and vomiting. Some good antacid will help you overcome this side effect.
