Hi,

Postmenopausal bleeding, whether it is spotting or bleeding should be evaluated. You need to take a pelvic scan to know the size of the uterus and the endometrial thickness. If the endometrium is thickened then we need to take a biopsy of the tissue to know the cause. Kindly consult a near by physician. If there is spotting on and off, it needs a gynecologist consultation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
