Is Slight Pressure On Neck Caused Due To Allergy?

I have a slight pressure on my neck that feels like its coming from where the mylohyoid muscle is. I have had my thyroid check and its normal. My oxygen level is always 98-100. Its not anxiety and is generally worse when standing up and dissapears with physical activity. Could this be allergies?
