Is She To Young To Shave Her Legs ?

My daughter is 10 going on 11 in november and she wants to shave we have light skin but not that light and jet black hair she shaved her legs once without permission are these signs.

if she's old enuf to use a razor unsupervised then she's old enuf to shave. personally, i wouldn't let a 10 yr old use a razor... take her for a wax if she wants to be so picky- hehe.
