my hand is starting to shake involuntary, not all the time but im the morning, i am a smoker so idk if this is the cause of that but i have only been smoking for a year but i also have diffculty breathing and i my chest feels heavy like i cant take in enough air...idk what to do?
Your symptoms can be due to many reasons, but since you are a smoker, it does make sense to first exclude any lung disease. In my opinion, you should see a doctor and get some tests, especially a chest X-ray and pulmonary function tests, done. Tremors in hands are more common in people with alcohol related problems.
Best wishes.
