Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,
If he is professional cyclist, then it is possible that he has athlets heart, and all above mentioned symptoms may be found in proffesional athletes. If he has no complaints, don't worry. He can continue his exercises, but do a follow up visits to his cardiologist from time to time.

Take care
