Is Regular Medication Required For Lymph Node Tuberculosis Even After Cure?

Hi,my name is Sujan chauguthi and I am 19 yes old.I am suffering from lymph node tuberculosis and I have completed 6 month treatment. But the node in lower neck is not gone completely. So my question is should I stop taking medicine or not? Will it be back if I stop taking medicine?
