Is Regestrone The Correct Tablet To Start Periods ?

hello , i m 33 years old married women and i have not started my period .today i went to a gynecologist and she give me regstrone tab for 6 day 2 tabs twice a day and said that this will help to start my periods is this the right tables ? Today i went to a gynecologist and she give me regstrone tab for 6 day (2 tabs twice a day)and said that this will help to start my periods. is this the right tables? i also have gone thru alots blood test & 4D ultrasound today. i just want to know that is this possible that : if i hv a small hormone problem than it can be retify with this table and if i m taking this( regestrone )tab can my period will start and i can be able to conceive and more thing my gynecologist investigate me today and she said that she dont think so that there is a problem in my overy. than where is the problem is? if our overy is ok tha there is a more chance to conceive? pls help...

Have you never had any periods till today? Tab. Regesterone is the right tablet to start the periods but if there is some abnormality which is possible if you did not have any periods till now, then this tablet is not likely to help you.Regarding pregnancy, nothing can be said before the detailed investigations.
